Job summary

As a Nurse Aide in Training, you will support residents with non-clinical tasks under licensed staff, participate in classes, and transition to CNA after certification.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with non-clinical daily tasks under licensed supervision.
• Assist with meal delivery, hydration, linen changes, and comfort.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident rooms and shared spaces.
• Observe and report changes in resident behavior or condition.
• Participate actively in training classes and on-the-floor clinical practice.
• Transition into a CNA position upon certification.
