The role includes supervised personal care, HIPAA compliance, and support by LPN/RN staff in a community-based setting. Targeted pay is $19.09 per hour as a CNA Student, reflecting the training status and experience requirements.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant program within four months of entering the position.
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Able to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including HIPAA, and related laws

Responsibilities

• Assist with treatments and activities of daily living as delegated by the Clinical Director per individualized care plan.
• Provide physical care to residents and monitor vital signs as needed.
• Respond to safety hazards, call lights, and reassignment of duties promptly.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to the nurse.
• Assist with admissions and discharges, and maintain required documentation.
• Collaborate with team to support residents and operate within the community as directed by supervisors.
• Other duties as assigned.
