Job summary

Ecumen North Branch is offering a CNA student opportunity with paid training and hourly pay. Class will start on one of several dates, with a pathway to join the skilled nursing facility upon certification.

You will work under supervision, following a client care plan and HIPAA guidelines, while building hands-on nursing assistant skills. Participants receive a paid CNA student role, with scheduling that includes in-person and remote learning options, and access to Ecumen’s benefits package

Qualifications

• Completed CNA program within four months of entering the position.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
• Must follow all safety rules and HIPAA policies of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with treatments and activities of daily living as delegated by the Clinical Director.
• Monitor vital signs and provide ADL support.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to the nurse.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
• Collaborate with other staff to provide quality care.
