Job summary

Vanguard’s College to Corporate Advice Internship Program in Malvern, PA is a Summer 2027 opportunity for high-potential undergrads pursuing CFP certification and a career with Vanguard. The immersive program combines hands‑on financial planning experience with exposure to our mission and client services.

As you progress, you’ll receive mentorship, engage with leaders, and have opportunities to be considered for full‑time roles, including rotational programs designed to support CFP certification.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student with GPA 3.2 or higher preferred.
• Currently enrolled in a CFP Board-Registered program.
• Desire to sit for the CFP exam before or after graduation.
• Effective communication, analytical, leadership and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility, drive to take initiative and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Spend the summer developing expertise of the personal financial planning process.
• Learn how Vanguard’s advice offering differentiates and serves Personal Advisor Services clients.
• Meet regularly with managers and mentors to receive coaching and guidance.
