Formación

• 40 hours/week
• basic knife skills
• 1 year commitment (you don't learn this craft in 3 months)
• Ability to lift 100+ pounds

Responsabilidades

• Unloading deliveries
• Assisting the butcher with trim work, grinding, counter
• Organizing the walk-ins
• Assisting in kitchen prep
• Assisting in sausage prep
• Help filling customer orders for pick up and delivery
• Customer service
