Job summary

A national Autism treatment franchise is seeking a BCBA Intern in New Jersey. This full-time paid position offers hands-on training and the opportunity to accrue supervision hours. Candidates must be enrolled in a master's program for behavior analysis and hold a relevant bachelor's degree. Responsibilities include client assessments, program creation, supervising RBTs, and direct implementation of treatment plans. Competitive salary ranging from $20/hr to $25/hr depending on experience, along with several benefits, including paid vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a master's program leading toward certification in behavior analysis.
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work in the center Monday - Friday between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
• Perform assessments and create individualized client programs.
• Supervise RBTs and implement treatment plans.
