Responsibilities

• Work on function-specific business projects under manager guidance.
• Gain exposure to leaders across Sales Ops, Customer Management, Warehouse, Product Supply Planning, HR, Finance, and Marketing.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support projects and objectives.
• Prepare and present project findings to business leaders at program end.
• Participate in leadership development workshops and field experiences.
