Responsibilities

• Participate in a 10-week internship program with a structured classroom training curriculum focused on the Medicare business.
• Develop selling and presentation skills through competitions, projects, and job shadowing.
• Gain exposure to end-to-end sales processes, health insurance, and the Direct-to-Consumer sales model.
• Apply AI tools to solve business problems and contribute to AI-driven improvements.
