Job summary

UnitedHealth Group invites driven students to join a 10-week, paid, in-person internship beginning June 1, 2027. This program centers on Medicare sales, health insurance knowledge, and hands-on experience with AI tools to drive efficiency and insights.

Interns collaborate across teams, participate in training, and develop communication and presentation skills. Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's degree, be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree for the full duration of the internship; internships are not intended for graduating seniors.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; F-1 students with OPT and other sponsorship will not be considered.
• Rising senior during summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 10-week internship program focused on the Medicare business and serving Medicare-eligible members.
• Develop and refine selling and presentation skills through sales competitions and projects.
• Gain exposure to end-to-end sales processes, health insurance, and market role.
