The CareSource Internship Program offers a 12-week, paid summer internship for college students seeking real-world experience and a path to full-time opportunities. Interns collaborate with CareSource leaders, mentors, and former interns who earned full-time roles, gaining exposure to AI-enabled projects and governance discussions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in translating business problems into AI-enabled solutions.
• Help validate AI outputs for accuracy, fairness, and regulatory alignment.
• Document AI use cases, workflows, assumptions, and results to support adaptability.
• Prepare summaries, dashboard, and presentations for leadership and governance forums.
• Perform any other job related duties as requested.
