CareSource is offering a 12-week paid summer internship program designed for college students seeking real-world AI experience. Interns will work on high-impact projects, receive mentorship, and have access to leadership seminars and former interns who moved to full-time roles.

Ideal candidates are rising juniors or seniors with exposure to programming and AI/ML concepts, and a willingness to learn in a collaborative, in-office or hybrid setting. Remote options may be available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required.
• Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g. Python, R, Java) preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML techniques (e.g. machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision)
• Knowledge of relevant AI frameworksrequired
• Ability to collaborate effectively in an in-office environment and communicate with various teams
• Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Effective listening and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, flexible and ability to maintain confidential information
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Internship Program

The CareSource Intern is responsible for providing support on special projects, initiatives, and specific activities which will vary by assignment. We offer a 12-week, paid summer internship program for college students who want to separate themselves from the pack. Essential Functions:

Compensation Range:

$41,200.00 - $66,000.00

CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance. We are highly invested in every employee’s total well-being and offer a substantial and comprehensive total rewards package.
