Qualifications

• BACB approved Master’s or Certification Program required
• Pass the RBT exam within 30 days of employment
• Active RBT for 60 days with HHF
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients’ families and session notes

Responsibilities

• Build a positive and trusting relationship with clients through social interaction
• Encourage communication, social skills, and problem-solving
• Gradually reduce prompts to promote independent responses
• Provide positive reinforcement to increase desirable behaviors
• Accurately collect unbiased behavior data
• Communicate with RBTs, BCBAs, families, and Clinical Directors to support clients’ needs
• Observe and collect data; train staff and caregivers on behavior-analytic programs
• Conduct behavior-analytic assessments (e.g., functional analyses, stimulus preference assessments)
• Write and revise behavior-analytic programs
