Job summary

Helping Hands Family seeks a BCBA Fellow to provide one-on-one ABA intervention, teach communication, and support daily living skills under supervision. Fellows engage in supervised practice toward BCBA certification and collaborate with families and BCBAs to ensure client progress.

The program offers paid supervision hours, a comprehensive 7-level development track, and access to exam prep resources. It is a paid opportunity with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Enrolled or graduated from a BACB approved Master’s or Certification Program with acceptable pass-rate criteria (BACB 60%+ for 3 consecutive years or ABAI/APBA accreditation).
• Pass the RBT exam within 30 days of employment (if not already certified).
• Must be active RBT for 60 days with HHF.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA interventions to teach communication and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA mentors and families to support client progress.
• Engage in supervised practice towards BCBA certification.
• Maintain data collection and protocol fidelity.
