Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication in a team training environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured four-year apprenticeship with classroom and hands-on training.
• Learn mechanical and electrical systems, equipment operation, and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with trainers and mentors to build practical skills and progressive responsibility.
• Safely operate, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment as assigned.
• Complete coursework and on-the-job training within established timelines.
• Maintain progress in academics and hands-on training requirements.
