Job summary

EGGER North America invites students to join our Summer Internship Program for hands-on experience across multiple functions, including Marketing, Product & Design, Finance, HR, Production, IT, and more. Interns gain exposure to real-world projects, mentorship, and meaningful connections within a global manufacturing organization.

Program emphasizes collaboration, safety, and professional development, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule and a paid compensation structure.

Qualifications

• Degree in progress at an accredited four-year college or university.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned department with day-to-day activities, projects, and business initiatives.
• Apply academic knowledge to real-world assignments.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to support objectives.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development activities.
• Assist with gathering, organizing, and presenting information for projects.
• Learn and follow applicable departmental processes, procedures, and standards.
