Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking entry-level Imaging Engineer Trainees as part of a structured 15-week Medical Imaging Service Academy. You will receive paid training, with a bi-weekly stipend, and relocation assistance as needed while preparing for advancement to a Customer Service Engineer role.

The program includes hands-on exposure, safety training, and formal instruction, culminating in eligibility for a Customer Service Engineer position in the U.S.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid driver's license & eligible to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• Willing to relocate to Cary, NC for Medical Imaging Service Academy
• Open to company sponsored relocation and placement in a service region/territory anywhere in the U.S. after program completion for Customer Service Engineer I position

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding, compliance, safety, and technical training
• Assist Customer Service Engineers with service preparation, tools, and documentation
• Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Meet developmental milestones and performance expectations
• Develop communication and customer interaction skills
• Observe field service activities to build technical knowledge
• Maintain awareness of equipment control and handling
• Demonstrate readiness for transition to Customer Service Engineer Role
• Relocate as required for business needs
