Job summary

Sunoco, L.P. is offering a 12-week paid internship in Philadelphia, PA, starting May 2027. Interns will rotate across Supply, Trading, Pricing and Business Development to gain hands-on experience in fuel markets and data analysis.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with expected graduation Fall 2027 or Spring 2028, and will develop reporting, data management and analytical skills while supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college; open to all degrees.
• Preferably junior status.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with team members and executives to learn Sunoco’s Fuel Business and develop metrics for optimization.
• Assist with management of asset and customer data for integration of new business into Sunoco systems.
• Meet with team members to learn the corporate environment and processes.
• Review data such as expenses, fuel margins and prices to identify exceptions and report metrics.
• Review fuel market data and help develop tools for analysis and monitoring.
• Perform project work to support Commercial teams such as Fuel Pricing, Fuel Supply, Logistics, Trading, Midstream, Quality, and Systems Setup.
