Job summary

CVS Health is offering a 10-week Retail Management Intern program in California. You will gain hands-on experience leading a store team, interacting with customers, and learning core retail operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.

You will complete a business-focused project, develop leadership skills, and gain exposure to broader organizational leadership through market travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Expected degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to work 35 hours per week on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations with Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Develop leadership skills and understand impact of decisions on store performance.
