Job summary

O'Neal Industries, Inc. offers the Forge Internship Program—a paid, 10-week summer experience for college students. You’ll be matched to Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Human Resources or Finance based on strengths and opportunities.

You’ll own a project end-to-end, learn the company systems, and present results to senior leadership at summer’s end. Expect hands-on work on a real project, mentorship from experienced professionals, and exposure to multiple core teams.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree program or recent graduate.
• Interest in business, sales, supply chain, operations, HR or finance.
• Available June 1 – August 6, 2027, including orientation week.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and eager to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with your team and mentor on a real project with visible impact.
• Learn and use business systems, tools and processes across the company.
• Gather, organize and analyze data to support decisions and recommendations.
• Collaborate across departments and build relationships at all levels.
• Visit a TW Metals mill or branch to understand product flow and handling.
• Prepare and present your project and findings to senior leadership.
• Bring fresh ideas and a proactive, team-first attitude.
