Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a PAI Coordinator for the UK King’s Daughter Medical Center in Ashland, KY. You will coordinate PPD data, ensure CMS IRF-PAI timing, and support QIs with the interdisciplinary team, enabling high-quality patient care in an acute rehabilitation setting.

Applicants should have a clinical degree with an active license and strong data-entry and communication skills to contribute to our QA processes and care outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PPD data collection with interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure completion of supportive documentation for Quality Indicators (QIs) in medical record.
• Complete admission and discharge IRF-PAI within CMS designated time frames.
• Collect information from medical records and summarize on IRF-PAI.
• Ensure completion of admission PAI within four days of admission.
• Ensure completion of discharge PAI within five days of discharge.
• Input data into CMS accepted program within designated time frame.
• Update IRF-PAI log and maintain accuracy.
• Check patient location roster and verify IRF-PAI log accuracy.
• Ensure completion of all columns of IRF-PAI log with each discipline.
• Assist in team education regarding QIs and documentation.
• Complete QIs competency and training with team.

How you'll contribute

A PAI Coordinator who excels in this role:

• Coordinate PPD data collection with interdisciplinary team
