We're a CA-based firm with offices across the whole state. We're actively growing our employment practice with experienced litigators and trial attorneys. Our positions are remote-in-CA, but we do ask that you reside in the geographic area of our offices.
We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Associate Attorney with at least 8 years of management-side employment law experience, specializing in PAGA (Private Attorneys General Act) claims. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of California labor laws and have a proven track record of representing employers in employment-related disputes, compliance matters, and litigation.
