Silverspace Inc. is seeking an experienced Employment Attorney (Wage & Hour/PAGA) to join a high-performing employment litigation team handling sophisticated wage and hour matters across California.

The role focuses on complex, high-exposure wage and hour class, collective, and representative actions in state and federal courts, requiring strong litigation experience and a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Significant experience litigating California wage & hour matters.
• Strong knowledge of Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).
• Experience managing complex litigation independently.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage wage and hour/PAGA matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and other substantive filings.
• Handle written discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Prepare and argue key motions, including class certification and decertification.
• Develop litigation strategy for representative actions.
• Analyze compliance issues including exemption classifications, regular rate calculations, meal/rest period compliance, and pay statement claims.
