Job summary

OhioHealth in Columbus seeks a Staff RN for the PACU at Grant Medical Center. The role requires 2+ years in PACU, critical care, or ED, with 8:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. four days weekly.

On-call includes weekend 12-hour shifts and weeknights. You will provide general nursing care and collaborate with the health care team to support patients and families. Requirements include an Associate’s Degree and Ohio RN licensure; BLS is required and ACLS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and ongoing health status evaluation and plan of care.
• Develop and document care plans to achieve patient outcomes.
• Implement nursing interventions and evaluate responses with the care team.
• Participate in process improvements to enhance clinical quality and safety.
• Support operations and contribute to safe, efficient care.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and efficiency standards of a High Reliability Organization.
