Dignity Health - Arroyo Grande Community Hospital is seeking a PACU Staff Nurse to provide safe, patient-centered care across all ages using the nursing process. You will support the team, cover relief charge duties as needed, and ensure adherence to hospital policies and standards.
Applicants should be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with CA RN licensure and hold BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, plus at least one year in an Acute Care PACU setting.
As our PACU Staff Nurse, you will expertly apply the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide safe, therapeutic care for patients of all ages, aligning with our Mission and Core Values.
Every day you will provide total patient care, assist in managing care administered by other staff, and assume responsibility for your assignments, including relief charge nurse duties as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of nursing principles, effectively collaborate with the healthcare team, and take accountability for patient outcomes.
