Job Summary and Responsibilities

By assessing patient and family health problems, you take a leadership role in the development, implementation, and outcomes evaluation of nursing care plans. You provide technical nursing care and interventions to designated patient populations, ranging from neonates to geriatrics, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of each individual's functional and developmental age. The position requires night call, weekend call, and full participation in fulfilling the mission of the organization, supporting strategic plans and performance improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an RN School of Nursing.
• Current California RN License.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certification through the AHA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literacy preferred.
• Recent ICU and PACU experience required within the last 2 years.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in a health‑related field preferred.
• One year of recent acute care experience preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred.
