Job summary

Dignity Health’s Arroyo Grande Community Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high‑quality care in the Surgical Services unit. You will perform comprehensive assessments, execute patient care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery, safety, and positive outcomes.

Licensed in California and certified in BLS, ACLS and PALS within 30 days, you will oversee nursing care and supervise OR Technicians as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• CA RN license (RN:CA) required.
• BLS-CPR, ACLS, and PALS within 30 days

Responsibilities

• Assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation and documentation of surgical patients.

• Responsibilities include assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation and documentation of surgical patients.
• Overall responsibility is for the nursing care of patients and for maintaining standards of nursing practice and optimal outcomes, including supervision of OR Technicians.

• Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR) within 30 Days
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 30 Days
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 30 Days

Pay Range

$51.57 - $76.96 /hour
