Job summary

Graduates of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure are required. A CPI certification within three months of hire is required for specified units; a $15,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• RN license in the applicable state required.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• CPI certification within three months of hire for Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, and CSSO.

Responsibilities

• Lead the healthcare team and establish an individualized plan of care.
• Collaborate with physicians to implement and evaluate the care plan.
• Administer medications and ensure nursing interventions follow policy.
• Document care and communicate changes to the care team.
