Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high‑quality care and support patient recovery in a fast‑paced hospital setting.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure accurate documentation while adhering to physician orders. Sign-on bonus up to $25,000 is available and relocation assistance may be provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, upon hire.
• Registered Nurse: AR, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support – CPR, within 30 days.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 days.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 90 days and within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Performs complete patient assessment.
• Recognizes significant changes in patient status and seeks appropriate resources.
• Coordinates or collects physiologic monitoring data: vital signs, monitor results, lab and diagnostic test results.
• Documents assessment in compliance with hospital policy.
• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and plan provision of patient care.
• Obtains and/or verifies all physician orders for procedures, medications, and therapies.
