Job summary

Atlantic Health seeks a PACU RN to join a multidisciplinary team at Hackettstown Medical Center. The role focuses on Phase I/II post-procedure care, accurate assessment, vital sign monitoring, timely reporting, and medication administration with attention to adverse effects.

Collaboration and evidence-based care are emphasized, alongside the organization''s PRIDE values and strong communication skills. Qualifications include RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and 3+ years in Phase I or critical care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current, valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• 3+ years current Phase I or Critical Care experience.

Responsibilities

• Care for Phase I and/or Phase II post procedure patients.
• Monitor, report, and record assessments, vital signs, symptoms and changes in patient conditions promptly.
• Administer medications and provide oversight for side effects and reactions.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients.
