Job summary

Atlantic Health’s Hackettstown Medical Center is seeking an experienced PACU Registered Nurse to join our Phase I post-operative care team. The role requires delivering high-quality care to Phase I and Phase II patients, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications with attention to safety and documentation.

Qualified candidates will be graduates of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and at least 3 years in Phase I or critical care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current, valid RN license in the state.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 3 years of Phase I or critical care experience.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients in Phase I and Phase II post-procedure.
• Monitor, document, and report vitals and changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Apply the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care.
