Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a PACU RN at Hilton Head, SC. You will monitor vital signs, assess recovery, manage pain, and identify post-operative complications while working with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a current RN license, a nursing degree from an accredited program, and typically one year of relevant experience. Schedule is full-time with rotating shifts and on-call responsibilities, located at 25 Hospital Center Blvd, Hilton Head, SC.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in appropriate state required.
• One year relevant experience preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and prioritize patients across a wide range of conditions and acuity.
• Respond quickly using critical thinking and clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs and the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions.
• Educate and advocate for patients and families throughout their care.
