Job summary

StartupNWA in Mission, KS is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate and deliver comprehensive patient care. You will perform assessments, implement plans, document care, and supervise student nurses and nursing assistants while supporting unit operations and patient safety.

You must graduate from an accredited nursing program with Arkansas RN license; CPR certification is required. ACLS and PALS must be completed within 90 days, and TNCC within 1 year.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Arkansas RN license & CPR required
• ACLS and PALS required within 90 days

• Experience in nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments using evidence-based tools
• Provide nursing care according to care plan and execute clinical skills safely
• Identify changes in patient condition and report to providers
• Maintain complete and accurate electronic medical records
• Float among clinical services as needed and supervise juniors
