Job summary

Southern NH Medical Center in Nashua, NH seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for Per Diem in Pre-Op/PACU. You will monitor patients recovering from anesthesia, manage vital signs, pain and nausea, and provide homecare education.

Requirements include an NH RN license, 1–2 years telemetry or critical care experience (Pre-OP/PACU preferred), and BLS/ACLS/PALS preferred. Flexible hours with 8- or 10-hour shifts; per diem status. Benefits include comprehensive options for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing with a current NH License as a Registered Nurse.
• 1-2 years telemetry or critical care nursing experience (Pre-OP/PACU experience preferred).
• BLS, ACLS & PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers nursing care in PACU with a patient-centered approach.
• Monitors vital signs, reassessment, wound care and pain management.
• Educates patients and families about homecare instructions and post-op care.
