Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires BSN and active CA RN license with current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.
• Minimum 1 year PACU or 1 year in a high-acuity ICU setting prior to application.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to collaborate across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive PACU nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care and education with patient and family.
• Apply evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes in the perioperative period.
• Document care using Cerner Millenium and communicate with the surgical team.
• Maintain safety, patient advocacy, and adherence to policy and regulatory standards.
