Job summary

MLK Community Healthcare in Los Angeles is seeking a part-time PACU RN for an 11:00 AM start, 10-hour shifts. The role focuses on delivering patient-centered care in a PACU setting, under supervision of the Clinical Unit Supervisor.

Requirements include an active California RN license and 1 year of acute/critical care experience; BLS and ACLS are required, with CPI Blue Card within 90 days. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience in Critical Care.
• RN new to the specialty should have at least 1 year acute care experience.
• California RN license required; CA certification preferred (Post Anesthesia care).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, individualized patient/family centered care.
• Organize, plan, direct, coordinate, and deliver care per Watson Model of Care.
• Support patients admitted to PACU during shift and ensure regulatory compliance.
