Mia Aesthetics is seeking a Registered Nurse to support postoperative patient care in a dynamic clinical setting. You will participate in rounds, provide nursing care related to surgical conditions, and ensure continuity of care across the healthcare team.

You will monitor patients for complications, document treatments, and educate patients and families on post-operative care. The role requires active RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and PACU experience, with bilingual English/Spanish helpful for

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Active Registered Nurse license.
• Multistate RN license or willing to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Participates in primary care of patients and makes rounds as needed.
• Provides nursing care related to surgical conditions.
• Monitors patients and informs surgeons or anesthesiologists of complications.
• Coordinates patient care activities with medical staff for continuity.
• Documents information received from patients for dissemination.
• Executes Pre/Post-Operative orders and documents post-anesthesia care details.
• Assists nursing staff in identifying and solving care problems.
• Collaborates with medical staff to develop outcomes and interventions.
• Assists with nursing activities during emergencies.
• Educates patients and families on post-operative care.
• Organizes time, equipment, and personnel for patient care.
• Maintains order and cleanliness of postoperative areas.
• Aids in inventory of supplies, drugs, and equipment.
• Follows HIPAA policies at all times.
• Attends mandatory training programs and unit meetings.
