Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing or a Nursing Diploma; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in Georgia.
• ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications required upon hire.
• Minimum 5 years of patient care experience as RN.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process with assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Provide patient-centered care sensitive to age, gender, and culture.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and participate in rounds.
• Document care accurately and ensure patient safety.
• Support education and discharge planning and follow policies.
