Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care within an interdisciplinary team.
• Perform nursing process with assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Document care and coordinate with care teams to ensure safety and quality.
• Engage patients and families, including bedside shift reports and rounds.
• Support evidence-based practice and continuous improvement initiatives.
