Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team as a caregiver for a designated patient population. The role emphasizes expanding knowledge, delivering direct care, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Required are a NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License, BLS for Healthcare Providers within 60 days, and either a BSN in progress or commitment to obtain within three years.

Qualifications

• BSN in progress or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
• Six or more months of relevant nursing experience or active participation in Nurse Residency Program.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, and collaborate effectively with the care team.

Responsabilités

• Caregiver for a specific patient population to achieve desired outcomes.
• Direct and oversee care provided by other caregivers through delegation and coordination.
• Coordinate patient care and unit activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services.
• Collaborate within interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
