Job summary

Solution for Health International is seeking a Registered Nurse for PACU in Manchester, NH. You will monitor patients recovering from anesthesia, manage pain and IV therapies, and support families during recovery. Expect collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements include NH RN or compact license and BSN preferred; BLS required with orientation, ACLS preferred. Four 9-hour shifts, start times 9AM or 10AM, full-time benefits and sign-on options are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• New Hampshire Registered Nurse or Compact State Registered Nurse License.
• Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment.
• ACLS preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and assess patients undergoing PACU care.
• Provide comfort measures and recovery support post-anesthesia.
• Administer medications, pain relief, and IV fluids as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families about recovery progress and aftercare.
• Assist with discharge planning and smooth transition home.
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Document postoperative care accurately in medical records.
