Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing process to deliver cost-effective, patient-focused care.
• Conduct ongoing assessments, set goals, plan interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
• Document accurately in patient and unit records per standards.
• Provide patient and family education on pain, nutrition, skin care, fall prevention, diabetes, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical decision-making while ensuring patient safety.
• Engage in evidence-based practices and collaborate with outcomes managers.
