Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is looking for an RN - PACU to provide professional nursing care in a fast-paced environment. The role requires PACU experience and effective collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Working hours are Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with call required on a rotational basis. The position offers opportunities for professional growth and a commitment to community health.

Qualifications

• Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing.
• Additional certifications may be required based on discipline and/or nursing unit requirements.
• Collaboration with healthcare teams in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients, conducting assessments and assisting with exams.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team for effective patient care delivery.
• Adhere to regulatory and Texas Board of Nursing standards.

Skills

Effective oral and written communication skills

PACU experience

Education

Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing

Bachelors of Nursing preferred

Tools

Basic Life Support certification
