• Delivers safe and appropriate care to patients per nursing skills inventory and age needs.
• Coordinates nursing care planning with an interdisciplinary team.
• Collaborates with healthcare team to achieve positive outcomes based on evidence and standards of care.
• Manages discharge and transfer planning; supports program evaluation and process improvement.
• Ensures adherence to regulatory and Texas Board of Nursing standards; maintains service quality.
