Job summary

NKC Health's PACU is seeking an experienced RN to deliver immediate post-anesthesia care for a diverse patient population, from pediatrics to geriatrics. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support safe recovery and smooth transitions to the next phase of care.

The role requires Missouri RN licensure and BLS; ACLS is preferred. A minimum of one year in critical care or PACU is expected, with an Associate degree in nursing and BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in Missouri (MO) and BLS from AHA required.
• ACLS from AHA preferred or required depending on unit.
• Associates degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert post-anesthesia care for pediatric to geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia providers to ensure patient safety and timely recovery.
