Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at Baptist Medical Center East in Montgomery, AL. This full-time, day-shift position supports patient recovery and coordination of care across the nursing team.

The RN will assess, monitor, and document patient status, administer care, and collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality outcomes. Requires nursing degree and active RN licensure; BLS and unit-specific certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Active RN licensure required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on unit.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Utilize the nursing process for patient assessment, planning, and intervention.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to plan and implement patient care.
