Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the NICU Weekend Nights at Baptist Medical Center East in Montgomery, AL. The RN will supervise nursing staff on shift, ensure quality patient care, and coordinate with physicians to plan and implement care.

Requirements include a nursing degree, active RN licensure, and BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required depending on area. This is a Regular-Full time, weekend night shift position.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active RN licensure required, BLS required.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC may be required depending upon area assigned.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing personnel on shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Utilize the nursing process in patient assessments, planning and intervention.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians in care planning and implementation.
• Maintain quality and continuity of patient care.
