The Baptist Health system in Alabama is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at Baptist Medical Center East. This full-time, first-shift role involves supervising nursing staff on the unit, coordinating patient care, and ensuring quality and continuity of care across weekends and holidays.

The ideal candidate holds a nursing degree, is licensed as an RN, and has BLS certification; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required depending on area.

Formación

• Active RN licensure and current BLS certification.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Coordinate patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinicians on care planning.
