MercyOne Genesis Davenport Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized, high-quality nursing care to patients of all ages. The role requires teamwork to coordinate care across admission, transfer, and discharge, while adhering to Nurse Practice Act and MercyOne policies.

Formación

• Associates degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current Iowa RN license (MercyOne Genesis - RN license in IA or IL) at hire; secondary license if needed within 12 months.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Administers nursing care to patients in accordance with orders and standards.
• Communicates effectively with staff, physicians, patients and families.
• Participates in ongoing educational activities and department performance improvement.
