Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License required at hire.
• Basic Life Support required at hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support required at hire.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support required at hire.
• Communication, problem-solving, leadership and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to a defined group of patients in accordance with KFHPW ambulatory standards.
• Coordinate and facilitate health care services across the care continuum.
• Oversee and participate in patient assessment and care plan implementation.
• Utilize the nursing process for ongoing assessment, diagnosis, planning and evaluation of care.
• Communicate with patients and families, and collaborate with the Health Care team.
