Job summary

Kaiser Permanente Northwest is seeking a registered nurse to participate as a member of the health care team, delivering quality care to patients and supporting KP's mission, vision and values. The RN provides nursing services both in person and by phone, using the nursing process and leadership skills to address acute and chronic needs of Health Plan members and other patients of the Kaiser Permanente Health Care Program.

He/she works under the general direction of the designated supervisor.

• Participates in population-based care activities to meet clinical targets and provides health education.
• Maintains clinical documentation and utilizes health care technologies for decision support and quality improvement.
